VENDOR APPLICATION INFORMATION

Below, our 2025 venues. For open applications please visit this link or send a message through the website below.
1- All application links can be found on this website. There is no fee to submit your application and you will not be charged until the payment deadline listed on the application. I currently use the Eventeny platform for my applications. You will need to create a free profile. It is recommended you adjust your notifications settings to turn off emails and marketing messages from Eventeny as I have been told they send out a lot of things to vendors.
2- Booth Fee Deadlines are listed within each application. Cards on file will automatically be charged approximately 60 days prior to each event date.
3- If your plans change and you no longer wish to participate in an event you apply for, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to the payment deadline to let me know. Payments will automatically run on the payment deadline. There are no refunds / credits offered so, please let us know your plans have changed before your card is run.
4- We do not accept MLM / independent consultants for direct sales type companies except for the Hanes Mall Event location. If you have a question as to whether you fall in the category, please email us prior to applying for the event.
5- We do allow boutique clothing, antiques, repurposed, vintage items. If you have a boutique where your main focus is clothing, we ask that you do not bring other items that were not made by you (non-clothing items such as jewelry / candles / soaps)
6- To see a full list of events with links to the facebook event pages, visit THIS WEBPAGE. Please DO NOT create a new facebook event on your business facebook page. Instead please visit the original facebook event page from a computer, click on the three dots on the right side of the page beside the share arrow. Then click on "Add To Page". This will add the event to your event listings on your facebook business page.
7- Event graphics are shared on my website under each event on THIS WEBPAGE. You are able to save the photos and share as you like.
8- Finally, I typically approve applications once a week. However, if you do have questions prior to hearing from me, please don't hesitate to send me an email through this website.

Events take place from 12:00-5:00 at their Tasting Room location: 826 Angelo Bros Ave. Always free and open to public & rain or shine! Kid Friendly and Dog Friendly!

We are so excited for our newest partnership in Winston-Salem! We will be partnering with Robinhood Plaza to create a monthly neighborhood event series! Up to 30 vendors, food truck, live music. Outside Event. Events take place from 12:00-5:00 in the Robinhood Plaza Parking Lot. Always free and open to public & rain or shine! Kid Friendly and Dog Friendly!

We first started collaborating with Hanes Mall in 2023 so this will be our third year with this partnership! Events take place during mall hours and range from one-day or two-day events inside the mall in their open common areas to outside food truck festivals.
