of the importance of supporting local, small, and handmade
Kristin is from Winston-Salem and has always been passionate about advocating for the importance of the arts. Her education and past work experience led her to her involvement with the arts on a more community level.
She started Catbird Art & Events in 2016 with a main focus to collaborate with local small businesses to organize fun vendor events that would allow the community opportunities to support local, small & handmade!
In her spare time she enjoys life with her husband, their twins & 2 dogs as well as teaching high school art for an online charter school and spending whatever extra time she can gardening & digging in the dirt.
